Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimates must remain in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Print Your Label
Standardize your shipment by downloading and printing the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process.
Package Securely
Place your items in their original packaging or a durable mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
